Shatter is a Legendary enchant that goes on a pickaxe, up to level 6. It is tagged Mining.
What it does
Chance on mining to harvest a cube of nearby ores. L1-2: 3x3x3, L3-5: 5x5x5, L6: 7x7x7. The chance is 0.2% at L1, rising 0.16% a level to 1% at L6. Full ore drops; blocks stay; 7.5% energy, little XP.

Notes
- Blocks it harvests pay full ore drops but only about 7.5% energy and very little XP, and the blocks themselves stay in place.
- Gen blocks broken by Shatter give the full XP and Ancient Energy a hand break gives.
