Rift Prestige
Once you own every skill tree node you can reach, you can Rift Prestige: reset the tree for a permanent power boost.
What you get
- A permanent 5% increased points bonus per prestige level.
- Your tree resets. No marks are refunded, and your unspent Tree Marks and Shop Marks are kept as they are.
Node costs go up with each Rift Prestige (see Rift Skill Tree), so bank Tree Marks before you prestige if you want to rebuild quickly.
Requirements
There is exactly one: own every node you can reach at your current Rift Prestige. No player level, no player prestige. Your daily Rift time and the Rift Mark cost of the tree are the only pacing.
The cap
Rift Prestige is capped at P10. At the cap the tree locks at its peak and you keep a permanent 50% increased points bonus (10 x 5%).
The prestige points bonus is applied once, when your points convert into Rift Marks at the end of your rift day, not per block. Your leaderboard score reflects your raw mining, and the bonus is added on top afterward.
Version history
v4.0.0 (Map 4)
- Rift Prestige no longer refunds any marks. Your unspent Tree Marks and Shop Marks are kept.
v2.0.0
- Rift Prestige is capped at P10: reaching MAX PRESTIGE locks the tree for a permanent +50% points bonus.
- Prestiging now requires player milestones (P1 at Level 100, up to P6+ needing Player Prestige III).
- The Rift Prestige bonus now applies once at the end of your run rather than per block, so leaderboards reflect raw mining performance.
v3.0.0
- Rift Prestige no longer requires a player level or player prestige. Unlock every node you can reach and you can prestige.
