Prismatic Efficiency is a Calcite enchant that goes on a pickaxe, up to level 6. It is tagged Mining.
What it does
Calcite upgrade of Efficiency. Pickaxe only. Inherits Efficiency VI first (75% increased mining speed), then adds 20% increased mining speed per level (195% at L6). Rainbow Echo: when a mining enchant procs, 0.1% per level (0.6% at L6) to echo your other mining procs at 50% strength. 5s cooldown. Needs Efficiency VI.

Notes
- Rainbow Echo echoes your other mining procs on a 5-second cooldown: a full Shatter on that block (not when Powerball set it off), a Powerball with up to 50% of its balls, and a Super Breaker run 50% as long (not if one is already running). Transfuse, Feed, Earthquake and Fault Line are never echoed.
- The base speed of every pickaxe went up in Map 4, so these numbers are smaller than before without making the pickaxe slower.
