Offhands

Offhands are items you equip in your second hand with /offhand for a passive edge: extra damage in PvP or on the Hunt, a mining boost in the mines, damage reduction or a companion that fights beside you.

Each one ties into a different system, so the right offhand depends on what you're chasing. Many come from bosses and other endgame content.
