Lifesteal is a Legendary enchant that goes on a sword, up to level 5. It is tagged PvP, PvE.
What it does
Works on every swing (no proc). 0.2% of the damage you deal is Leeched as Life per level (1% at L5). Leech heals over time, up to 1 HP per second from all Leech sources combined.

Notes
- Healing is Leech, not an instant heal. It banks up to 6 HP and pays out over time, and every Leech source you own shares a single 1 HP per second cap. Stacking more Leech does not raise that ceiling.
- Only your own sword swings Leech through Lifesteal. Splash, Judgment and other extra hits don't.
- Leech counts the full damage you deal to bosses, ubers, Avatars and the big fissure creatures.
- For flat regeneration that ignores the Leech cap, see Vitality.
