Enchant Dust

Enchant Dust is a consumable that improves your odds when rolling enchants.

Each piece carries a value (3%, 5%, 8%, 10%, 12% and so on). At the Wormhole you can spend it two ways:

  • Sneak and left-click an option on the ring. It spends exactly the dust that option needs to reach 100%, then rolls it. Dust comes out of your Dust Satchels first, then loose Enchant Dust.
  • Drop dust onto the ring. Its value goes toward the next roll, and anything left over carries to the roll after.

Dust is the only way to 100%. A natural, undusted roll tops out at 99%.

The Dust Satchel pools your dust into one total. Dust you deposit into a personal vault, or through the mod's vault terminal, fills stored Dust Satchels automatically.

32 Enchant Rerolls grind into 1 Enchant Dust worth +5% at the crafting menu.

Where to get it: bosses drop it (where they used to drop Motes of the Ancients), shades and wraiths drop it now and then, and it fills out seasonal crates, crates and boxes, rank kits, Rift caches and the KOTH Lootbag. Erebus Pit guards no longer drop it.

Version history

v4.0.0 (Map 4)

  • Sneak and left-click a Wormhole option to spend dust and take it to 100%, then roll it. Dust Satchels are used first, then loose dust.
  • Dust dropped onto the ring goes to the next roll, and any left over carries to the roll after.
  • Bosses drop Enchant Dust where they used to drop Motes of the Ancients. Erebus Pit guards no longer drop it, and shades and wraiths drop it less often.
  • Dust deposited into a personal vault, or through the mod vault terminal, fills stored Dust Satchels. (v4.0.3, v4.0.4)
