Chronostone
Chronostone is a Special enchant that goes on a pickaxe. It has no levels. It is tagged Mining, Proc. Until Map 4 it was a pickaxe trim.
What it does
- 10% increased mining XP, 10% increased Ancient Energy and 10% increased mining speed.
- While you mine in the Calcite Caverns, each block has a 0.05% chance to give you +1 minute of Calcite time for the day, up to 10 bonus minutes a day.

How to get it
Chronostone is found, never rolled. Every block you mine by hand in the Calcite Caverns has a very small chance to turn one up, and the find is announced to the server. Blocks broken by Powerball don't count. It arrives as a pre-charged enchant orb: click it onto a pickaxe to apply it. It costs no Ancient Energy and can never be removed afterwards.
No Wormhole roll, Mystery orb, scroll, reroll or kit can hand one out.
Notes
- The bonus-minute cap is per account, so swapping between several Chronostone pickaxes can't go past 10 minutes a day.
- Lucky and Cavern Luck on the pickaxe raise the Calcite time chance. Nothing else does.
- Its mining speed adds to the same increased mining speed pool as Efficiency and Momentum.
- A pickaxe that carried the old Chronostone trim was moved over to the enchant automatically the next time the pickaxe was used or carried in at login, and the socket it sat in is empty again.
