Aegis
Aegis is a Legendary enchant that goes on any armour piece, up to level 5. It is tagged PvP, PvE.
What it does
Attackers' sword and axe Procs have 4% reduced chance against you per level (20% at L5, capped 100%). That includes Scorch, Perfect Strike, Molecular Harvester and Rejuvenate.

Notes
- Reduces the chance an attacker's weapon Procs fire at all. Deflect instead negates a proc that already fired.
- It works on melee Procs. Wand and bow procs are not affected.
